Following recent growth to a team of six, we are now hiring a Country Director to lead our South Africa operation end to end. This is a combined sales and operations leadership role in a young, fast growing business, with responsibility for our recruitment, compliance, payroll and booking teams supporting both Fidelis Healthcare UK and Aston Community Services. As part of this role, you will also be responsible for building a new revenue generating arm of the business in South Africa, setting up a local sales and billing desk to secure placement and recruitment contracts within the region. As the business grows, a General Manager will be brought in to support you, with a number of team leaders reporting into the role.

We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to identify and attract care workers and nurses to join the business. Using dedicated search platforms, you will build a strong pipeline of candidates and work towards agreed weekly targets in a fast paced, target driven environment.
