The Care Coordinator supports the effective delivery of Fidelis Healthcare’s bookings and coordination function. Working directly under the Senior Care Coordinator, the role is responsible for managing allocated referrals, coordinating staffing solutions, and ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and high standards of service delivery. The Care Coordinator is expected to take ownership of their own workload, follow direction from the Senior Care Coordinator, and operate with accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail. Performance will be monitored through regular oversight, KPIs, and structured 1:1 reviews with the Senior Care Coordinator.
