Description
We are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to identify and attract care workers and nurses to join the business. Using dedicated search platforms, you will build a strong pipeline of candidates and work towards agreed weekly targets in a fast paced, target driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Use dedicated recruitment search platforms to actively source care workers and nurses
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates
- Work towards agreed weekly recruitment targets
- Support candidates through the early stages of onboarding
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure a smooth handover of candidates for vetting
Requirements

- · Target driven with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates
- · Strong communication skills
- · Ability to work at pace in a fast moving environment
- · Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is an advantage, particularly within healthcare or care sectors
